What is UFF-FSU?The Florida State University chapter of the United Faculty of Florida represents more than 1600 tenured, tenure-track, and non-tenure-track faculty in Tallahassee and Panama City and more than 100 faculty at the FSU School.
What does UFF-FSU do?
Faculty teams negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements and engage in political action to advance faculty interests. Through contract enforcement (grievances), we work to ensure that the rights granted in the CBAs are honored.
Why should I join UFF-FSU?
Since 1976, UFF has been advocating for Florida’s faculty.  We have a proven ability to influence legislationnegotiate contractual rights, and protect members against contract violations. With your membership, we can be even stronger.
